Q: Hi..how are the Villas there..?? i need to buy a VIlla there. Please tell me about the payment schedule too.

Don't get trap to this rat catcher SARE are cheaters - they having all hidden charge.. no proper road.. even NH & Railway road are not going to come... Fyi Maintenance + tax + common EB bill will comes up to Rs 10000 ( one in three month) .. No body in chennai / Delhi will give detail reports.. Fyi Many flats are idle from Year 2010 - no people coming to occupy / rent because of poor road and main roads distance... dewy-terrace-flat-owners@googlegroups.com

Is it worth to buy a Villa in Phase 2?
