Unfortunately it's true that the forum that should support buyers have builders calling the shots. ILD is a fraud builder and all we see is praise for builder who has not given possession. We are sick and tired of visiting the office of ILD in gurgaon. The management team is not interested to meet and the customer service team have no answers. Where should we go and shout? This project was lunched in the year 2007.The sales team advocated that this project would be completed in 2 years time. Since then 9 years have passed but there is still no firm commitment from ILD spare authority as to when this project to be completed. I am a victim for having believed the ILD & invested in this notorious company.There is no clarity about anything. Even dealers are not making any commitment about completion. ILD Spare green seems to have diverted money to the others project & showing no emergency to complete the project in hand.
