I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi guys I have also booked a flat in marathahallI from gruhakalyan. I saw your comments n if that is the case why should we not go for a legal action..? Also we can have a union and pressurise them to purchase or advance their construction
