Today I have received one letter from Shrachi Group regarding on the sub:REVISION OF RATE IN RESPECT OF LIG/MIG UNIT , GREENWOOD NEST. The letter is attached with Govt. Notification with standard built up area of the Flat alongwith Maximum sale rate /sq ft of the flat. They want my confirmation of acceptance as per new Notification. Hello, My name is Amal Kumar Datta. I also received a letter regarding price escalation. They are mentioning some Govt Notification No 738-H1/!M-2/2007 (TT) for the escalated rate. Can any body share the notification or the escalated price to my email id sarkar_supriya@rediffmail.com . Please also advise and inform what are you doing on this issue. They also wrote in the letter to confirm within time limit.
