Construction quality of Villas by MJs Lake Front in Ameenpur
Q: Hi, I visited MJs Lake Front villa in Ameenpur and saw water seepage in multiple places in newly constructed villas. After discussion, they told they will fix it. So, yes, visually it can be fixed, but now it concerns me about the over all build quality of the villa. Also, I saw the bricks, those are not red bricks those are ash bricks. Also, they are plain from each end so no cement masala can be poured for extra grip. Can anyone comment here about my observation, knowing all these, should I prefer their construction?

Also, forgot to mentioned, there are cracks on the wall. And those are not plaster cracks, because crack lines are present on both the sides of the walls in same position. I could see this on the newly built villas where wall putty work is pending, once that is done it can't be seen clearly.Also, forgot to mentioned, there are cracks on the wall. The query I have posted above, I brought it to builders attention and guess what, they fixed all the issues properly. I have bought 1 villa in their Babas Grandeur venture and staying there for almost an year now no further issues found.The query I have posted above, I brought it to builders attention and guess what, they fixed all the issues properly. And the best thing is, builder fixes even small issues on priority once I raise it, which no other builder would do once property is sold IMO. Go for Prekons project, they are genuine people.
