Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

In the Bangalore most of the companies offers many flats at low prices, but they will not assign flats with their committed time period. Coming to the Gruha kalyan company they will give the flats at low prices with good quality construction because they want customer satisfaction.
Can I get ur number Mohini .....need some clarification ....i am thinking to buy....
