What is the price of CSK Prestige County in Shamshabad ?
Q: Hello. I would like to know some details on the CSK Prestige County in Shamshabad in Hyderabad. I am looking for apartments in that area, and i am interested in this project.

don't buy its worst project. its under 111 GO, which restricts building of such ventures. CSK doesnot have any permissions. their Director suresh kumar Agarwal is big lier. qulality of construction is very poor. Also land is in dispute. I think this is a good venture to invest in right now, as the Shamshabad area is a very popular and upcoming area, and also, this property alredy has the approval from the GHMC. so i think it is a safe project.
No CSK does not have any permissions. Shamshabad area is under 111 GO. please read about 111 GO.

Many amenities are also being provided in these villas like a garden, 24 hour power back up, a swimming pool, manual security, a gym, a play area for children, some indoor games and recreational facilities as well.
Please dont mislead people. there is nothing
