I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I would like to share my experience with gruha Kalyan I have booked 4 flats in lotus and aster invested 43 lakhs one day I want 9 lakhs so I cancelled my 1 flat but they returned my money back on time so I feel very happy so I request u don't blame gruha Kalyan with this type of post you are purchasing a flat atleast keep patience we will get our flat they are start up company and customer based company so we have to support them....I know they will not give flat on time they will also delay 3/4 months but I sure they will use best quality of materials as compare to other builders . I am really very happy with gruha Kalyan and their services....👍👍
Ms Mohini Rani, we know that you are one of their sales person. none of their projects have started yet and I can post live photo and videos of people waiting everyday infornt of the office to get their moneyback.

let us fight and bring the justice, I would say common man is suffering with these cheater, when I went to HSR office, I saw one guy his age is 55, he paid 40 lakhs and bluntly told me that it is a bogus company, if you hang over in recovery department, you can listen the stories, these offences are intangible, if needed let us go to chief minister house and appeal, not even commissioner.

Hi This is ramesh from Bellary , after checking all the reviews I crossed verified with my legal advisor. My legal advisor had given green signal to proceed with Gruha kalyan projects. Since all this negative reviews are been posted by Gruha Kalyan competitors, Because Gruha kalyan is give flats at basic cost.Trust worthy builder . I am really satisfied. I had recommended my friends also to book flats with Gruha kalyan.

We are not competitors but the customers who are now struggling to get back our hard earned money which we have invested in this fraud company, lured by their affordable prices. We have been struggling to get back our money.
If you are so interested and have enough time and money to waste on these fraudsters . Do go ahead.
