Lohegaon Mutation Status below 4 Gunthas
Q: I have purchased plot of 3100 square feet in 2012. Saat Bara mutation has not been done due to a rule of no mutation below 4000 square feet in 2012. This rule came few months after registration of sale. Please advise on 1. How to get 7/12 land mutation record. 2. Can a prpoerty card be made. 3. Legal position. 4. Present status of mutation.
