Interested in buying 1 BHK in House of Hiranandani in Devanhalli
Q: I am interested in buying a property between 40-50 lkhs in North or South Bangalore. How good is 1 BHK option in House of Hiranandani?

My comments to replies
Before you consider buying a property here, beat in mind that this is NOT a gated community and the roads are open to public. Major security problems cuz of the same leading to theft and fast moving cars in residential areas. Unsafe! Within the property itself there are disputed land where owners have started building their own house. Basically, if u are the owner at HOH, Devanahalli, you will be paying for the roads and common facility maintenance for local goons to mis use.
Mr. Udai Pillai's observations are correct. As mentioned Land owners have started building within the community just next to the gate for the Villa's , next to the roundabout. The residents of this project will have to be given access through both the entrance points , this will no longer be a gated community very specially the road through the villa's will cause a lot of noise pollution once this area develops/ . That said the Villas are very well built and very well designed. If only the land rights were properly managed this would have developed into an excellent property. Very unfortunate. George John
