TVH Vista Heights
Q: Can anyone tell me if it is better to buy it for 65 lacs?

Hi, I bought an apartment from TVH. There has been considerable delay in handover of all the blocks (by almost 6 months to 1 year). Other projects in Coimbatore which started after TVH has already handed over the properties. They give a lot of false promises. If you are going to buy from completed towers or if have some surplus money to invest and willing to wait endlessly its not a bad choice. I would not recommend TVH as first choice. Good luck.
