How is Sector 70 A, In term of living and the project Project Paras Iri
Q: Is it worth investing a crore and more in that prject

Hi Anshul, Sector 70A is one of the popular and best place to have property in Gurgaon. It is located in Southern Peripheral Road. It lies near Sector 48/49/66/67/68/69/70/71/72 and Sector-73. The prices of Apartment, Villa and Plot in Sector-70A have risen by 3% in past 38 months. Sector-70A has many well known schools, Hospitals, Banks/ATMs, markets, grocery shops, temple, park and eating outlets. Current property rates in the locality is Rs. 6000/sq-ft. while Irene is offering Rs. 7000/sq-ft. If you are getting it anywhere around 6300-6500/sq-ft. will be a good deal. So, overall it is a good place to reside as well as for investment.
@karthik thanks a lot, can u tell me which is a better option for investment sector 70a or the sectors 83/81/89 near dwarka expressway, Which one will give higher appfreciation in span of 3 years.
