Valmark are one of the best residential and commercial projects builders in Bangalore having two decades of experience. They are the most reputed, real estate developers in Bangalore. They have projects near Sarjapur.

The estimated possession date of the project is by end of this year and the project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and banks like LIC Housing Finance and State Bank of India.
What are the size of the apartments offered and how much will be the price of an apartment? Is it A Khata project and is the builder going to provide OC and CC?

Skylark Dasosis the largest residential development within the city, spread over 6 acres of land. Project has more than 80% open green space for parks and gardens and just 20% in developed region. there will be 649 units with a combination of 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments.
