Hey also, the Government has deceided recently that the areas in and around Shadnagar will be developed as satellite towns in the future. So this willbring up the value of the locality by a lot.

wow, thats is a lot of infrastructure development that is happening in Shadnagar. One more good thing about this place is the connectivity. The periphery Ring Road with radial roads connected on all sides to the locality. And this led to an in creased demand in the locality which in turn led to rise in property values.

Yes, the realty in Shadnagar has been seeing of lot of development in the recent past times. Shadnagar has become a Special Development Zone (SDZ) after the municipality took the locality under its wing and it is a good thing that it is happening.

Since coming under the municipal governance the area has witnessed a steady infrastructure development. According to the Shadnagar municipality website, some of the major works undertaken in 2014 alone include procurement of submersible pump sets and static tanks for providing water supply in Indiranagar Colony, Harijanawada in Farooq Nagar and its neighbouring places; construction of sullage drain with RCC NP-2 pipes from Sharfaddin House on Patel Road to Chatanpally Railway Gate Road.

I think this is mainly because of the developments around the area Shadnagar by the GMR, SEZs, NRSA, DLF City, the Reliance Business Park and the Shadnagar IT Park. Additionally, it is barely 5-7 Km, from the railway station and the bus terminus

Shadnagar may well become the next Gachibowli as there are several high profile activities, going on Hyderabad-Bangalore Highway. The Bangalore highway is about to see a lot of development, and as this area is close to that, it will also see some development.

Shadnagar is now declared as a municipality & special development zone. Abutting Periphery Ring Road with Radial Roads connected on all sides. 5-7 Km’s from railway station, bus terminal.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has decided to inspect the shadnagar new project in Hyderabad.
