Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Can you please advise investing in GM Infinite bungalow apartment which is in E-city neotown road?

The project seems to be good and the project has got all the necessary approvals. Phase 2 in this project is expected to get completed by end of this year.
Thanks a lot for your prompt reply, I had Shortlisted this property, But I am now confused on investing in ECity . What is the rental expectation? How will the appreaction in few years?
