I have purchased a flat in TEAK. I have got the same registered but the KHATA is yet to come. I got a notice from BASAVANAGUDI registration office advising that the builder is not taking any action regarding Khata. After several follow ups I got a call from one lady from SANCHAYA in whose names all cheques were given as cost of the flat that they would be holding a flat handing over ceremony and gave Aug 3 or some such date for the same. I again had to follow up for details and one day before they said due to heavy rains the plan has been shelved. I m neither able to get in touch with the lady who called or not receiving any reply to the mails I have sent .I feel we should all get together and put pressure on the builder to deliver and pay interest for the undue delay.
