Paras Tierea is built by a fool who does not know the basics of Architecture. If you don't believe me then please see the Lift lobby and balconies of Paras Tierea. My flat does not get a single minute of Sun rays. Sea page problem is common and the material used, specially doors and sliders, are third class. Simply they have not used wood in it. Bathrooms have poor quality tiles and you can find many of them are already broken when you take possession. Paras Tierea is a poor effort by the builder.
