Moreover it is a project by Mahindra Livespace Developers, one of the reputed developers in the real estate industry and they have successfully completed many projects.

Hmm Mahindra and very good Real estate builder they are like Day and Night DIfference. Please talk to real owners who will give the real facts. Its been a knightmare dealing with Mahindra people who know nothing about Real estate , in Fact Mahindra is just a broker any issues customer faces Mahindra will point to their vendor. Issues are umpteen useless door , pieces of wood nailed together for main door, water seepage in brand new Apt, Broken tiles , broken wasg basin, worst Electrical wiring, no provision for AC - All they provide is useless we have redo everything. Water never drain in bathroom you have to keep pushing with broom into the drain, Worst of all useless Customer service post hand over. Beware all issues reported are from Brand new Unit handed over to Customer. In fact Mahindra people never ever do any inspection before handover . To top is all Maintenance is ripoff of customer Mahindra people take huge bribes from Service provider and do nothing.
