i hv bkd a flat inSikka Karmic & now m nt gettin funding on this from banks buldr is askin to tak loan 4om tata funding.
Q: Our Experience till now has been very torturous and bad.. need help. if anybody here has booked flat there..or can give us any info about this would be appreciated..

Hey Neha, My Experience with Sikka in also better.I think You should be talk to your agent. sikka is very thinks for his clients.
