Proplarity Bizlife
Q: This project is located at Noida, sector 62. Location wise, it's the best, no doubt. But I am still in confusion, whether or not to invest there, coz the builder is not that old, and on site(I visited a few days before) construction is not yet started, just they have dug the hole in the land, so it's just the beginning. Please suggest what I should do. I want to invest to earn good rental, and appreciation.

Really one of the worst company in the reality sector, which even unable to start its first ever project. Not only this, they people are unable to pay you in time, whatever they promise while inviting investment. We have been facing very unprofessional, bad experience with the company after investing our life long hard earned money. Totally unprofessional and liar persons are running the business. The sales brigade to top management, all are liars only. Higher the hierarchy in the management, high level of liars you will find in Proplarity group. Even TOP Management is having expertise in cheating the investor and never ever fulfilling their repeated promise to pay back the return. DO not know where have they parked such huge money collected from the investors? My comments to replies
Proplarity group already took my life savings and shamelessly asking remaining installments without even starting the construction. Saying that AR will stop if the installment is not paid. It means they will simply enjoy whole lot of money I have paid them in their bank account. They can stop paying AR but can pay all my money back. Once they start construction, I will pay the money back to them. I am very disappointed and worried about my money now because of this investment. We can then decide our next course of action. Thanks.
Company head, directors and employees are liars, Only fooling the investors while taking the hard earned money of the small investors. We invested our lifelong hard earned money, but very disappointed and depressed to say they are not bothering about any thing. Even do not care about the legality of the agreement and the investment plan. Do not know where are they parking such a huge money collected from the investors? Beware of these cheaters.
