Could please advise project status.

Stay away from Nirmal group. This is bogus company with intention to only use money of customer and not delivering any project. Almost all it project is no progress. i have booked flat in olympia of mulund west and still that project is not start and i decided to cancel my booking. they given me check but even is not got cleared. now im going to get court order to get my money. I recently booked an apartment in one of Nirmal lifestyle project - Olympia at Mulund. Though the sales team had told me that the work would start within 6 months I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the work started within 3 ½ months. Internally I had a fear of project starting after 6 months but this came as a pleasant surprise & I’m happy to see the progress at site. The Nirmal team has been extremely cordial & professional in the way they have been dealing with me & my family.
Can you post the photos here if you know project has started.. i think you are from Nirmal group itself.... people are just tolerating you guys.. once we lost our patience to ghar mai goos kee marenge.....samjheee
