I have booked flat in H-TOWER and was given in written that possession will be given in september 2013 but still waiting
Q: I have booked flat in H-TOWER and was given in written that possession will be given in september 2013 but still waiting although i have approached concerned authorities many times but no result they are delaying it further and don't have any definite time. They are also not ready to pay penality

Hi sunil, i am also having Flat in H tower n dates are continuously changed by the builder, and after going through the ground realities, it seems that it will be completed after June-July,2015 that too if builder starts the work immediately, together all of us have to follow this.
