Gruha Kalyan - are they reliable and trustworthy?
Q: I am looking to buy property from them. They are offering really low/cheap prices. From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves. Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

They are cheaters. My cheque got bounced of Rs. 4,00,000/- which I got after 6 months of cancellation. I followed rigorously. Never ever buy property.They are cheaters. Q: There are multiple of questions regarding Gruha Kalyan. Dont ever buy properly. The owner of Gruha Kalyan is co founder of Send my Gift, all black money. They have given chq of INR 4 Lakhs which got bounced after 6 months of follow up.
