Our experience thus far has been good. We went to see the project 6 months ago and booked a flat there 4 months ago. We saw lot of projects near the same area but we liked the layout and amenities here the most. They have really put a lot of thought into the layout of each house and the space has been used very judiciously. Speaking of the builders, Adroit is very old and quite well known, last year we had visited theyre house of ambal project also and we liked that too but couldn’t invest for other reasons. This year when we heard of District S we again went to visit and we liked everything. Staff and personnel is also very responsive.
