From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

I got a mail from John how he got his money from Dreamz wit interest, please follow the steps.
1. Write to PM
Go to http://pgportal.gov.in/
Lodge a complain there – you will be given a reference id
The complain will be forwarded to an IAS officer in Bangalore on same day
You can see the status of your complain and name of the IAS officer along with contact information
If nothing happens, contact IAS officer using details provided in step “c”
2. Write to CM & Commissioner

i can see there is hell lots of communication going on here. But don't see anyone fighting for it. Guys please lets be serious do you have any idea how many crores of money these assholes are making interest from. Listen please create a group and lets go to there office and blast the building. I visited the Lilly project site on Sunday, it's a nice locality and also planning to buy but it's my first time investment in the real estate. So I need suggestions.

Also read about the reviews, complaints and comments about other 2 companies of this group. Dreamz GK and TGS properties. They have all same modus operandi. They are in Booking amount collection business. They will take the Booking amount, invest in their property. So, apartment will be given to the customer. Money also is not given back.
If you go for asking money - they will give Cheques which are post dated for 6 months. If you submit the cheque, it gets bounced. If you ask for the money, they will give another cheque again post dated for some other date. That will also bounce. They if you ask in Cash, they will beat you with Goondas, who have been specially recruited for this job.
End of it you will come to know, you lost money.
Only way to get the money is to file FIR with CCB, along with local police station, file a Lawyer notice, Send complaint to Central government - http://pgportal.gov.in/ etc...

I had bought a flat in Carnation project for a reasonable price. But I was cancelled my booking due to some reasons, after seeing these reviews I was suspected them that whether they will give my money back or not. At the first time they were not given me any amount or cash and they told me to come again after 15 days. I lost my hope and again I went their office after 15days they gave me a cheque of HDFC bank. It was cleared with in a week. So here I am sharing my experience here to say that they are trust worthy....!

I had visited their office and visited the site at Domlur. Everything is good. I am planning to buy a flat there. Even I was taken a suggestion from our family advocate. I spoke some of their existing customers at their office, they given me positive feedback. So I had decided to buy. And I am believing that Gruha Kalyan is a trust worthy.

I brought a flat in Gruha Kalyan, after the payment of initial amount I got the land documents & verified with the lawyer, documents is very clear to make a deal. May be there will be a little delay in construction but I have an hope I will get my flat.

Two months back I had cancelled my booking and asked them to return my money. They asked me some time and finally last week they given me cheque. Today it was cleared and I am very happy for that. So I am updating here with my happiness. They are returning money but delaying for few days...!

I was looking for a property in Bangalore at last my dream came true because they are providing the flats at low price and we booked a flat in Gruha Kalyan Lotus at White field..I felt safe with these company and the customer service is excellent.I am very happy with these company.

Gruha Kalyan is best at selling flats at very low price, I didn't seen such price range in other builders. And it's project locations also very nice. That's the reason I have paid initial amount as a booking amount, once I got verifying the documents I will pay remaining.

Gruha Kalyan has got a good projects in good locations.The major thing which I was impressed is the cost of flats is very low when compared to the market prices.I am also inquired about these company with my neighbors and I got a positive response about these company.Now I am going to book the flat in these company.
Why people are putting reviews here. Do you think they do not have any other work. They want to save your money. They have suffered for years. People have exhausted all their leaves and money - going to Gruha Kalya Office, Police station, Court etc. Ask 10 more people, go through 10 more websites in internet. You will come to know. Do you seeing same kind of review for any other builder? No, why?
You will NOT get any apartment and your Booking money is also Gone. All drama is to get the Booking amount from you. Ask for the originals from GK and verify with lawyer. Most of the banks have blacklisted Gruha Kalyan, TGS, Dreamz GK. So, ask your bank and friends before giving even 1 rupee. Few below reviews are given by the sales people of GK. Firstly I am very happy today because of Gruha Kalyan team is doing their job very well.I never faced a problems with these company because they gave me a confidence about my project.We had a good experience with the GruhaKalyan.
Gruha Kalya, TGS and Dreamz Infra are same company with different names. If you go to the Bank and ask loan with these builders name, they will immediately say that it has been blacklisted.
They are also starting new company, with a different name. So beware.
If some builder is says that I will give flats at 50% discount to market price, with additional discounts for special occasion, Gift vouchers when you get the flat, and additional discount if you demand, and showcases projects across Bangalore. Then beware. You you may be getting cheated. They will say 100% money back in 120 working days. 120 working days translates into 7 months as they remove all Sat and Sundays, Holidays and every holiday in every state in India. Then once you submit the cheque given 7 month back, it will bounced. Almost all cheques given by Gruha Kalyan, TGS & Dreamz Infra have bounced. Bcoz all transaction happens in Black money in cash.
If you pay, you will not get apartment and even the money.

Yesterday I visited their office and knew their project details and their ideology. After that I went for site visit of Aster project and bought a flat by paying booking amount of 1Lac. And I hope they will start its construction soon. If anything is there please let me know I will join with you....!
In Simple words, you lost 1 Lac rupees yesterday. People are putting reviews in internet from 2014 onwards. Even this thread was started in 2015. Talk to your Bank, as most of the Public sector and private banks have blacklisted Gruha Kalyan. No one has got apartment till now, same for you
Rumour is that GK will close in 2 months time.
Even if you cancel now, you will get a Cheque which is post dated to somewhere in mid-2017 and if you produce that in bank on the written date it will bounce. Then they will again play with you giving replacement cheques which are 1-2 months post dated, which is some unknown Co-operative bank. It will get bounced, then you will understand.
By this time you would have gone there 10-20 times in a working day, by taking leave. Then you will thinking about Police and Lawyer etc. Then 2018 would have come.. Finally, when you go to Police file FIR - assuming GK exists - you may get your money with lot of Mental harassment, Physical attack etc..

It is fraud. Please go and check in the construction site and the papers. Check with any public sector bank. regarding this company. They will say it is blacklisted.
Did you check the papers? Are you sure they have not sold the same apartment to 5 more people. Their sister companies are building same apartment complex from last 8-years, showing it to everyone in last 8-years - no one has got possession.

You have enough phone numbers in this forum and in internet to know about the Gruha Kalyan. Call them. They have 3 offices - 2 offices have the GK name-board, 3rd one where legal and refund happens does not have the board. Visit Cancellation office around 2 PM on working day NOT sales office. You will get enough contacts to take this forward.
You can also connect with the customers of Dreamz GK and TGS to know about the fraud. Search for Dreamz GK, TGS and Gruha Kalyan in the internet, after 1 or 2 pages in Google search result you will find enough information.
I have got the money back after multiple Police station visits and going to Police station in a group of affected people. But, I do not want others to loose all their office leaves, money, interest, dealing with lawyers and police. Do not trust me - check about the company and sister concerns in the PSU banks, check the original documents, Apartment plan etc. Most probably these documents are not even available with GK.

If you had given Cheque, you can ask the bank to block it using your online banking account.
And also, go first thing in tomorrow morning you can go to your home branch to block the cheque. If you had given cash your bad days starts. It will not come unless you follow-up by going to their office 10-20 times.

They have multiple interstate Goons in their payroll and spread across Dreamz GK, TGS and GK. Specially, 3rd office which is settlement office they can take you inside the room and hit you, if you ask for refund. Specially, if you demand money immediately an make lot of noise.So, be careful.
1st office and 2nd office is for marketing and to get money from the innocent customers.
I also request you to share your experience in GK with others through reviews across Internet so that we can stop other innocents from loosing their money.

Last two month back I'm searching flats in Bangalore. After i came to know Gruha Kalyan providing at low cost flats. So I visit their office, sales peoples shows 3d videos about their projects and location. I happily booked a flat and now i am customer of Gruha Kalyan lotus.
Don't buy something looking at marketing videos, websites or pamphlets. Did you check the original land document, Approved Apartment plan from the BBMP office etc. Because most of the time construction plan has not reached the BBMP office itself. Even land is not registered in company's name. What if they take your money and run away? Whether it is worth taking that risk?

Yes they are trust worthy and realible. I brought a flat in Gruha Kalyan Lotus project. It's Land documents and its MOU which is given to us is very genuine. Gruha Kalyan team invited us to bhumi Pooja of Lotus project, . Till now I'm happy and satisfied with Gruha Kalyan service I’m waiting for my flat.
October is the month when Gruha Kalya, TGS, Dreamz Infra will make highest money as there is Navrathri, Durga Pooja, Diwali etc. We should help people and stop them from getting duped by these and other companies of this group.

Here is the real Nav. Gruha Kalyan employees have created the fake account in my name posted this. I stand by all the posts I have done on this website and across internet.
If anyone has any doubt, please consult your bank and ask for Home loan in the name of Dreamz Infra, Gruha Kalyan and TGS properties.
PSU Banks will tell you that these companies have been blacklisted as they are in Booking amount collection Business. Just the Booking amount will be collected, no apartment or even money given will comeback.
No apartment complex has been delivered by Gruha Kalyan, Dreamz , TGS or few other proxy companies of Square foot property group.
Even the 1 or 2 property which is showcased by Dreamz does not have plan approval from BBMP and land is in litigation. The construction is so bad that your whole family can die, as building can come down anytime.

Find some reviews so, I plan to cancel by booking Flat, Cancellation team provide ICICI Bank Cheque (no:729677) of Rs. 3 Lakhs. I inform to CRM team instead of cheque I asked cash, the team taken to MD level. I received cash Rs.3,00,000 Lakhs on 26/09/2016.Now I am very thankful to Gruha Kalyan company

Thank god that you saw the reviews and cancelled the booking, as they have not constructed any apartment in last 4 years. At-least you will earn interest in the Bank now.

I got My cancellation amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- on 23-09-2016. Previously I got 3 postdated (17-09-2016) cheques for the four Lakhs. And later due to the reason of insufficient funds in their bank A/c they told me to hold the cheques and they replaced by the cash of 4,00,000/- on 23-09-2016. I got my money by hard cash without any cheque bounce.
Why there is insufficient funds, even for 4 Lakh. It is illegal to give cheque, if there is no fund in the account. If that is the case, can they construct apartment after purchasing land which overall which is more than 2 Crore?
What happened to the money you gave? Where it went?
Why Cash? Is it any Money laundering business where black money is converted into White money?

Hi,I came to know Gruha Kalyan through one of my friend.When I went through the price list I came to know that it is suitable for common men.Later I am interested to book the flat in Erica at Domulur project.I am sure that they will build and give me a quality flat.
I am sure you are employee from Gruha Kalyan itself. How you are sure that they will build and give good quality, because tilll now they have only collected Booking amount and not constructed any apartment. There are multiple fraud cases against them in courts and in police stations.

I am the customer of Gruha Kalyan and I have done a considerable research on these company .I have booked a flat in Rose at Marathahalli.It is the best location and so finally I decided to book the flat in these area.
No research is required. Just cross verify the property papers, plan approval papers with your lawyer.
Ask them to show at-least 1 property which is completed and handed over. They are in the market for last 4 years, not a single foundation has been completed. The problem is you will not get few property paper unless you pay the Booking amount. Once you pay the Booking amount, You will not get the money back and you will not get the apartment. Because most of the land they show are not in their name. After sometime, Name board it self will disappear.
