JP Infra is going to launch it's new project called "JP North", upcoming township project at Mira road
Q: Hi, is there any specific launch date given by the builder for JP North? Is there any special discounts on booking homes?

Its 1 year gone I have booked in JP North but still there is no news regarding the possession I think they have Lied on everything without getting OC and other clearences . Is there any risk if we book a prelaunch project in JP.As we need to pay some lumsome amount for booking and registration.
You can book but in first check whether they have recd OC till which floor also take possession dates confirmation in writing as in my case I have booked in 2015 with confirmation of Dec 2017 but now in agreement date mentioned is march 2019.
