Hi Saran, The project is good for investment, but you can explore for some other projects as well on the other side of Gaur Chowk (Turning right coming from Noida). There are good development opportunities there as well.In Galaxy avenue I came to know that the Gaur Amenities are offered to the people living in Gaur Towers only for now.
