Piramal Viakuth VRAJ Project.
Q: I have booked 3 BHK in Piramal Vaikuth VRAJ Project. But construction has not begun due to the TMC Tree NOC issue. Want to exit the project as there is no visibility of the TMC Tree NOC issue resolution. What is the process to be followed?

Hi, I have booked flat in Visa. Now builder has told that Vrisa will be remodeled and advised to shift to Vraj. My flat in Vrisa has been registered. Does anyone experience such issue. Hi, I am facing the same issue & have asked for a full refund. Are you migrating to other tower
Yes, I have opted to migrate from Vrisa to Vraj. I have accepted the transfer request from builder. Now, Vrisa agreement(registration) is to be canceled and new registration to be done for Vraj. Builder is very slow in transfer process. It is better if we can create a whatsapp group or mailing group to share information related to such issues.
