Q: Hi, I am finalizing a flat 2bhk in emerald estate tower A, my concern is the seller is promising a possession in 2 years. Is 2 years enough or there are chances to get this delayed even more.

Hi Megha!!! I am agree with you. On 23rd June'2016, the home buyers of Emaar MGF, who has been protesting for past several months for delay in possession gets partial relief as company managed to get part occupancy certificate (OC) for phase-1 of its 200-acre integrated township Emerald Hills in Gurgaon.
No old stories, believe on facts, go and visit the site. You will know the truth, Builder is has just delivered fake promises not possessions. Work is in process with the speed of snail and I am sure at least 1 year from now to take possession.

Hi friends,,, The company has already offered 150 plots for possession to its customers, and has received the occupancy certificate for another 413 more units later out of 1500 units whose possession and handover has completed.
fake news, I visited site last week and also website for construction updates. Possession has not even started for newly received OC blocks.
