I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Thanks a lot to Gruha Kalyan team for returning my money. Due to my personal problem, i had cancelled my booking from GruhaKalyan JP Nagar Orchid Project. As Per their company terms & condition they told me to return my money within two months, later i spoke to their sales person who is taken my booking and their buisness head and informed about my problem.
