I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Why so much things, before investing any money we need to verify and check all the documents carefully. Even I also booked a flat with them in Lotus project which is located at whitefield in jan 2016. I checked the documents with my lawyer. I saw some approval is done and some approval are pending. I told them clearly after all the approval only i will book the flat else i want to return back my booking amount 1Lakh. As per our discussion they given me one post dated cheque.
