I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Everything is good at Gruha kalyan. They are refunding money properly and with in time. But how these many reviews are here regarding refunding only?
