I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruha Kalyan is having excellent projects all around Bangalore. Thy are offering very much less prices. But the only thing with this , some delay will happens. Other than that everything is good. They are refunding the cancellation amount without fail.
