I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I had bought a flat in Carnation project for a reasonable price. But I was cancelled my booking due to some reasons, after seeing these reviews I was suspected them that whether they will give my money back or not. At the first time they were not given me any amount or cash and they told me to come again after 15 days. I lost my hope and again I went their office after 15days they gave me a cheque of HDFC bank.
