I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I brought a flat in Gruha Kalyan, after the payment of initial amount I got the land documents & verified with the lawyer, documents is very clear to make a deal.
