I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruha Kalyan is best at selling flats at very low price, I didn't seen such price range in other builders. And it's project locations also very nice.
