I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Yesterday I visited their office and knew their project details and their ideology. After that I went for site visit of Aster project and bought a flat by paying booking amount of 1Lac.
