I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I brought a 3BHK flat in Gruha Kalyan's Carnation project, it's very excellent project which I saw 3d animation about the project. I had a site visit too.
