I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Yes they are trust worthy and realible. I brought a flat in Gruha Kalyan Lotus project. It's Land documents and its MOU which is given to us is very genuine. Gruha Kalyan team invited us to bhumi Pooja of Lotus project, . Till now I'm happy and satisfied with Gruha Kalyan service I’m waiting for my flat.Yes they are trust worthy and realible.
