I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Gruha kalyan main aim is to make the middle class people happy.Now adays in bangalore flats are not available at reasonable prices.But only Gruha kalyan is offering the flats at low prices so middle class people can utilize this golden opportunity and be happy.

I had bought a flat in Carnation project for a reasonable price. But I was cancelled my booking due to some reasons, after seeing these reviews I was suspected them that whether they will give my money back or not. At the first time they were not given me any amount or cash and they told me to come again after 15 days. I lost my hope and again I went their office after 15days they gave me a cheque of HDFC bank. It was cleared with in a week. So here I am sharing my experience here to say that they are trust worthy....!
This is Impossible. Even if you wait for ages, they will not return the money. They dint return the money for neither Lawyer notice nor police intervention. Have filed a criminal case. The settlement can happen only though the law. Its been more than 7 months we cancelled our flats. We tried all possible ways to get our money back. nothing worked. Finally filed a case and waiting for settlement.

GruhaKalyan aim is to give the flats to the customers at affordable price. Because, I gone through the some of the reviews of the company they are very good. The gruha kalyan team is talking with the customers very clearly and they are giving the confidence to the customers about their flats.
