I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Of course, there will be a delay in every real estate builder and even though if under construction projects also get delayed. in my point of view Gruha Kalyan is best for the affordable homes. I have brought a 2BHK flat in the Lotus project, it's land documents and agreements are very clear.
