I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
After a long struggle in this forum, I got my money back from gruha kalyan, it took almost three months to clear my post dated cheques.
