I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I don’t know about other but I liked Gruha Kalyan because of some reason
1. They providing FREE pick and drop for site visit
2. They are not charging any hidden amount. Flat price is including all the basic amenities as well as car parking, Club House and Swimming pool etc.
3. Car parking is free for life times.
4 Their project like Gruha Kalyan Erica is in super location.
5 Gruha Kalyan flat cost is very less as compare to other BuilderI don’t know about other but I liked Gruha Kalyan because of some reason
