I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
I booked flat from this Gruha Kalyan Lotus project at Whitefield, Project was ready for construction , Land Documents and registration are all cleared.
