I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
When I was searching for a flat in Bangalore I came to know about Gruha Kalyan Company. Later i visited the Gruha Kalyan company and one of the sales executive explained me about their projects. I am interested to buy the flat at Marathalli. I went for the site visit for that Rose project at Marathahalli. They are ready to start construction in a month.
