Update on Patel Colossus work Progress
Q: Can any existing buyer update me Status of work progress of Patel Colosus? Is work is on hold? is seems they shifted office to new location. Can anyone update please?

Patel colossus has delayed its project in Kalyan West for almost 2 years. When can the project be expected to be complet
Q: Is the work on hold? whether or not the given deadline be met?

Hi, Even I have invested in a 2BHK in this project. I have received multiple words with the developer about possession since the last four years as the initial deadline was March 2016. The developer now seems to be bankrupt even though the all the approvals in place. The developer had made a joint venture with Sheth group but moved out of the joint venture in a few months and the project is stuck again. I'm now planning to finally give a legal notice to the builder with a group of investors from Patel Colossus for compensation. Pranav.Hi, Even I have invested in a 2BHK in this project. Hi, Even i have booked a 2BHK flat in this project 2 yrs back. I have made word with the the developers and they assured me that i will get my flat possession by December,2017.
