Hello Phani, Pranathi Serene Nest by Pranathi Developer, located in Whitefield, Bangalore is a completed project. They are offering 2 and 3 BHK residential flats. Variants are available from 1084 - 1190 sqft in 2BHK and 1323 -1432 sqft in 3BHK. And its current asking rate is Rs.2998 per sqft. Still few flats are available in new as well as in resale option. A 2 BHK will cost you Rs.32.50 lacs onward and for 3BHK, Rs.39.70 lacs onward. Stamp duty and registration charges extra.
Thanks Mohan for your feedback. Is this a good location to invest? Is it near to basic amenities? How much rental I can expect?
