I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
Hi, I am Asha vinay Kanchan, Three months after I got my hard earned money from Gruha Kalyan. Total 3,49,000 rupees, One Lakh paid by Cash on 25-09-2016 remaining 2,49,000 rupees paid by cheque (cheque no-447677) Axis Bank. Thanks to Cancellation department, really Gruha Kalyan is trustworthy in Real estate Market.

I got My cancellation amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- on 23-09-2016. Previously I got 3 postdated (17-09-2016) cheques for the four Lakhs. And later due to the reason of insufficient funds in their bank A/c they told me to hold the cheques and they replaced by the cash of 4,00,000/- on 23-09-2016. I got my money by hard cash without any cheque bounce.
