Even i have booked a 2BHK flat in this project 2 yrs back. I have made word with the the developers and they assured me that i will get my flat possession by December,2017.

Hi,
Even I have invested in a 2BHK in this project. I have received multiple words with the developer about possession since the last four years as the initial deadline was March 2016. The developer now seems to be bankrupt even though the all the approvals in place. The developer had made a joint venture with Sheth group but moved out of the joint venture in a few months and the project is stuck again. I'm now planning to finally give a legal notice to the builder with a group of investors from Patel Colossus for compensation.
