I bought a plot in NRI golden city at Rs. 4500 per SFT six years back. Do any body aware about the present and future?

Hello, While there is announcements that in that area lot of development will happen, possibly may take good time. However, who ever bought plots in NRI golden city, may have to come to together to safeguard the plots and what ever the developments made. It is seen that Thanda youth is using plots for recreation now.
Hello All recently i visit the site and i got surprised there was land cleaning activity was going on, when i asked to the contractor about the activity he told me there is upcoming extention venture very soon so they are preparing to clean the old plots and roads, kindly make sure is this correct or preparing for any other drama like resale the plots with out informing to the plot owners so be care full.
